Service Agreement

By signing up for service, you agree to provide accurate contact and service address information, ensure trash is placed curbside by the designated pickup time, and follow all local regulations regarding waste disposal. Old Dominion Disposal reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety, non-payment, or policy violations.

Billing & Payments

Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or automatically processed if enrolled in autopay. Failure to make payment may result in service interruption or cancellation. Late fees or reactivation fees may apply where permitted.

Automatic Payments (Autopay)

Customers may enroll in automatic billing using a valid payment method. By enrolling in autopay, you authorize Old Dominion Disposal to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for services rendered. You may update or cancel autopay at any time prior to your next billing cycle.

Communication & SMS Messaging

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive service notifications, billing reminders, appointment updates, and promotional or informational messages. These messages may be sent via SMS (text message), phone call, or email.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your service activity but typically includes weekly service reminders or updates, billing or account-related notifications, and occasional promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us directly at 540-259-5793. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications except those required for active service issues.
